National Parks of Nepal

Beyond the magnificent beauty of nature, only single place can be imagined, Nepal, highly contrasted  climate, geographical structure, diversity in natural beauty and phenomenal National Parks of Nepal, Wild Life Reserve, Conservation Areas and Hunting Reserve. There are nine national parks in Nepal. Most of National parks of Nepal have covered areas of Terai region of the country.

  • Shey-Phoksundo National Park
  • Khaptad National Park

These are nine National Parks of Nepal with diversity in climate, geographical structure and exotic center of tourist attraction. Total population of Nepal is 29,391,883 according to 2011 data. Therefore, we can say Nepal is more populated, presence of different species of animals, plants, birds make Nepal more dense. These special species gives extraordinary touch to natural beauty of Nepal, and peace in this crowded  world. Nepal came  to be heart to pull poles parted citizens due to charismatic accommodation of 2% of plant of the earth, 8% of birds of the planet , 4% of mammal of the world, 14 species of butterflies and 319 different species of beautiful orchids. Each National Parks of Nepal has its different specialty and  make self special from each other.

Jungle safari Nepal is the main attraction point for people around the world. Royal Chitwan National Park is only park in Nepal offering full board and accommodation in combination with elephant and jeep safaris,rafting tours and guided jungle walks. Planning trip to National parks includes safari, interacting with culture and trekking, hiking and tour.

These all nine national parks of Nepal are under the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department of the Government of Nepal. The total area of National Parks of Nepal covers 8% of total area of the country i.e  11,001 square kilometers. About half millions of tourist visit Nepal each year to experiences phenomenal beauty of the country and National Parks.
